I was there using the toilet however I remember this place as ive done a few security shifts here and compared to the masses of other pubs i went to its cleaner more maintained and pound for pound I feel the rooms are better in the sense of being more modern and more thought into upkeep this is speaking in the past but you can comment if it's still the same.

1. Value for money. You get what you pay for. Don’t expect a five start facilities when you found this hotel the cheapest in the town. 2. Rooms are clean, room service everyday, toilets are clean and smell free. 3. Comfortable sleep without noise. 4. Big free parking on site available 5. A bit far from the center of the city, You must have your own vehicle as access to public transport is limited and far. Recommend to anyone who is coming to Sydney for a leisure trip.

So clean, friendly staff, great service, could do with more chips per serving only because I love my chips...but everything else is fabulous.

Great hotel and casino. Room was a bit outdated and needed some finishing touches. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Stopped in there this arvo and had a beer 🍺 and meal for the first time in some years. The bar lady was so nice and the beer and food was great value and fine as well. Recommend it for sure 👍

I stayed 2 nights there. Rooms are all good, really big and clean. People working there are amazing. Always smiling and helpful. I forgot my laptop and important documents there. They kept it for 5 months and wait until I came back.

Excellent location on the main road. Staff were very attentive whilst servicing the VIP room. Some of the interior of the other parts of the venue could use a facelift eg the carpet is lifting and can cause a trip hazard and the bathrooms could use a tidy up. Overall a pleasant venue.

Clean tidy rooms. Plenty of tea and coffee satchels available, unfortunately no beakies this time and could do with a chair, no big deal. We did appreciate th early admission it was godsend as well as being flexible in providing a ground floor room. The reception was great and helpful in providing a place to sit while completing paper work and providing a glass of water on a very hot day. The pub grub was pretty good and value for money. The Palms is now one of our eating places. Well done
